I really like the Glendale apartment so far! It is close to campus, and we have a nice kitchen and rooms. The building, as well as the rooms, kitchens, and bathroom, looks pretty new and nice. The washer and dryer they provided are clean and work nicely! I live on the basement level, and there is no problem with that I feel safe also they are really fast at emailing me back!

Great place. I signed on for my second year here. The rooms are 200 sq ft studios, and have a modern design. Parking garage is underground and gated, which is far safer than above ground fenced garages. The complex hires cleaners for the communal kitchen and public spaces, which is really great. Everything is always clean. Internet is great too. The complex also has a package room, so no package theft! Overall, I like it here!

Based on my experience, I think this is a good place to live! There is a package/mailing system to keep your belongings safe, nice layout of the room and bathroom, and your breaker is also in your room incase you blow a socket.

Everything has been great so far. Lived in my apartment for just over a month. It seems well-run and the owners/ managers of the building have been extremely helpful.

A positive thing I will share about the 52 Apartments at Tripalink are all of the amenities. It is nice to live in an apartment that has a gym, storage, washers and driers, and bike storage. I have been living here for three years and I have found a way to make this my home. The holidays here in particular are fun, and every so often there are free treats and food offered to tenants.

Clara Apartments is a convenient location as it's close to UW campus, UVille, and the Ave. The apartment complex is very new and is well maintained. The landscaping and common areas are always clean. The complex has Amazon Lockers which is great for package deliveries.

I’ve been living at the badger apartments for a couple months now, and it’s great! The apartment is great for the price and while some things have broken or need fixing, filing a work order it easy and maintenance is always quick to get the job done well. My roommate and I are really liking the apartment and have renewed for next year. Tripalink is also good at treating residents, they provided chik-fil-a breakfast and dropped off Halloween candy for us which were greatly appreciated. Overall, my roommate and I love living at the tripalink badger apartments!!

Tripalink has been the most professional property management group I have ever rented through. Their property Montisi is very well maintained. The units are perfect for their price and in a wonderful quiet location.

After 2 years and 1 unit transfer, I can say it is a bit pricey but all studios are. Tripalink was my first studio and they ALWAYS listened to my questions, concerns and complaints via phone, and email. They were always prompt with responding. During my unit transfer, I was almost charged for a damaged door that I had submitted pictures of when moving in. A little annoyed by that, I contacted them, disputed it, and the charges were removed. The second unit I was properly refunded most of my security deposit without issue.
